Our Magento Optimized Cloud servers fully meet the official Magento system requirements and recommendations. We use a classic LAMP stack with Varnish and Redis for caching purposes, Elasticsearch search engine, and optional RabbitMQ async message broker. Throw in free SSL certificates and our tried-and-true performance and security tweaks, and you’ve got yourself the perfect Magento environment.

All our Cloud servers are fully managed. A dedicated team of experts is at your disposal to assist you with migrations, debugging, and consulting. Regular system updates, server backup, security, and stability represent the core of our management service which we provide free of charge.

All cloud servers are protected against volumetric DDoS attacks on the network infrastructure, as well as against common HTTP-based attacks (such as Slowloris and HTTP/2 rapid reset). For additional security, we enforce strict firewall rules for both incoming and outgoing traffic, and we perform Linux kernel live security patching, thus eliminating the need for frequent server reboots.

Our enterprise backup system utilizes Bareos – a proven open-source backup solution for comprehensive data backup and recovery. All servers come with 14 daily and 8 bi-weekly restore points, that allow you to restore all or just a portion of your data from up to 2 months back.
We are serious about data safety and disaster recovery. That’s why backups are encrypted in transit and at rest, and distributed to multiple EU-based regions, to ensure fast disaster recovery, even in the event of a major catastrophe.
